October 6, 2011 Meeting Minutes - Nature and ESD

The first EASO meeting of the 2011/2012 school year took place at the Earth Rangers Centre at the Kortright Centre in Woodbridge, Ontario. Thanks to the TRCA for providing this beautiful facility! Speakers Bill Kilburn (Back to Nature Network), Kyle Horner (Gosling Foundation) and Colin Love (Downsview Park) addressed the meeting's central question: What is the role and importance of nature in ESD?

Members provided updates from their respective organizations, and subsequent small group discussions provided a forum for networking and sharing of resources. The meeting minutes are available for download here.
