Turtle Day

The Nova Scotia Nature Trust is hosting an event June 12th, called Turtle Day. It is an opportunity for any individual or family to come out to Pleasant River and enjoy a FREE event that includes activities such as hikes, a bbq and a chance to go on an evening turtle hike in celebration of the endangered species of Blanding’s turtle. It begins at 2pm at the Pleasant River Community Hall, Pleasant River, Nova Scotia.
